Dominium seeks a Community Manager for Solstice of Mesa, a 237-unit apartment community in Mesa, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, occupancy goals, resident relations, and staff supervision to maintain quality living environments.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred).
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to speak in front of groups; second language a plus.
• Reliable with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, coach and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations to maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, and resident retention.
• Hires, trains, evaluates staff, and ensures compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintains budget adherence and purchasing procedures; reports variances.
• Collects rent and enforces timely payments; processes move-ins/outs and inspections.
• Addresses resident issues and maintains positive resident relations.
