Rose Associates is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Porter for Navy Green in Brooklyn, NY. You will help maintain the property’s appearance, support daily operations, and create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, tidying outdoor spaces, handling trash and recycling, preparing vacant apartments, assisting with snow removal, and collaborating with the maintenance team to address repairs and safety concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate landscaping/maintenance equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways, recreation spaces).
• Maintain outdoor grounds and landscaping.
• Collect and dispose of trash and follow recycling procedures.
• Clean vacant apartments for new residents.
• Assist with snow and ice removal and keep walkways safe.
• Support maintenance team with repairs and painting as needed.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Assist with front desk or concierge coverage and deliver packages.
• Collaborate with property management, maintenance staff, vendors, and visitors to enhance resident experience.
