Job summary

Rose Associates Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Residential Property Porter to join our Brooklyn/NYC-area team. You will help maintain common areas, assist with maintenance tasks, and provide excellent service to residents in a fast-paced urban residential environment.

This on-site role requires physical capability, flexibility with hours, and the ability to work with tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors. Compensation includes an on-site hourly rate and safety-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property aesthetics and cleanliness in common areas.
• Assist in snow/ice removal and set up rain mats for safety.
• Collect and dispose of trash and support recycling procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff on minor repairs and upkeep.
• Prepare vacant units for turns and showings.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and assist with front desk duties.
