Job summary

Rose Associates is seeking a dependable Porter to join the Navy Green team in Brooklyn, NY. You’ll help maintain the property’s appearance, support daily building operations, and create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

You will clean common areas, maintain outdoor grounds, dispose of trash, prepare vacant apartments, assist with snow removal, and support the maintenance team with minor repairs and safety tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Dependability and attention to detail; maintain a clean, orderly environment.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies and hallways.
