Rose Associates is seeking a dependable Porter for Navy Green in Brooklyn, NY to help maintain the property’s appearance, support daily operations, and create a welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will clean common areas, manage outdoor grounds, assist with snow and ice, and support the maintenance team with minor repairs and safety tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior porter or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable with attention to detail and neat environment.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, recreation spaces, and shared amenities.
• Keep outdoor grounds and landscaping neat and well-maintained.
• Collect and dispose of trash and follow proper recycling procedures.
• Clean vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
• Assist with snow and ice removal and safe walkways.
• Work with maintenance on minor repairs and painting.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
• Front desk or concierge coverage and delivering packages as needed.
• Collaborate with management, maintenance staff, vendors, and residents.
