Job summary

The Scion Group LLC in San Marcos, Texas, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager who will lead the Experience Team, drive customer service excellence, support revenue and sales goals, and cultivate a customer-centric culture across our community.

You will mentor staff, coordinate turnover, manage facilities, oversee marketing events and on-campus activities, and report KPIs to optimize resident satisfaction and occupancy while ensuring compliance and superior resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in customer service or community management.
• Ability to lead staff and coordinate with leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with property management systems preferred.
• Willingness to work up to six days per week during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching for Experience Team members.
• Assist General Manager with training and compliance.
• Plan and execute turnover, move-in/out processes.
• Inspect property and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Support sales initiatives and marketing events.
• Analyze KPIs and report trends.
