Job summary

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is looking for an energetic Community Manager to join our Franklin, IN team. The role focuses on professional resident services, rent collection, and coordinating the maintenance team to keep properties well maintained.

Ideal candidates have at least two years’ residential property management experience, are highly organized, and excel in customer-focused, friendly communication both in person and on the phone.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Two years minimum experience in residential property management required.
• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous demeanor with residents, vendors, and team.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Professional and friendly customer service.
• Collection of rents and preparation of receipts and late notices.
• Compose correspondence and documents; answer phones and greet residents professionally.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.
• Maintain all residents files with complete and accurate paperwork.
• Maintain calendar of move-ins; ensure appointments and inspections are completed.
• Coordinate daily activity of Maintenance Team.
