Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management or hospitality as a technician.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Willingness to pass the Assistant Service Manager Test.
• Strong attention to detail and practical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent resident and guest services.
• Maintain community in line with policies and perform repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Assist in mentoring maintenance staff and delegating work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance across tasks.
• Support in appliance installations and basic projects.
