Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license required for property tours and errands.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting the community’s features and benefits.
• Communicate effectively with prospective residents at all stages of the leasing process.
• Serve as a resource to residents and help resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
