Job summary

Integrity Realty Group, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage Huntington Hills in Stow and Brookledge Commons in Cuyahoga Falls. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with 174 apartment homes to lease.

You will build relationships with prospective residents, tour apartments, prepare leases, and support marketing, renewals, and resident retention. Requirements include a High School diploma, leasing or hospitality experience, a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Experience in leasing, customer service, or hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of MS Office; fair housing laws helpful.
• Able to pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents and tour apartments.
• Ensure property and homes are clean and market-ready.
• Participate in marketing, sales, and customer service activities.
• Prepare leases, renewals, and related paperwork.
• Support management with leasing, renewals, and retention.
• Leverage marketing channels including social media and outreach.
• Learn local market by observing competitors and fielding inquiries.
