Job summary

Prime Residential in Federal Way, WA, is seeking a Leasing & Experience Consultant to join the on-site property management team. You will warmly greet prospects, present the community, handle inquiries, conduct tours, and assist with lease applications and move-in processes.

Schedule is Thursday through Monday, 9am–6pm, with target pay of $22.59 per hour plus leasing commission, and a strong emphasis on exceptional hospitality and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license to operate community vehicles and/or golf carts.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects, determine their needs, and professionally present the community and amenities.
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and text, providing efficient customer service.
• Conduct community tours and assist with lease applications and verifications.
• Research competitive properties and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents through various activities and communications.
