Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Leasing & Experience Consultant for Pavilion in Federal Way. You will be the primary contact for current and prospective residents, delivering exceptional service and guiding tours, lease applications, and move-in processes.

As part of the on-site team, you will greet prospects, answer inquiries by phone, email and text, promote amenities, and help residents feel at home while upholding fair housing standards and supporting leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate community vehicles and/or golf carts.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects, determine their needs, and present the community and amenities.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and text with efficient service.
• Conduct community tours and assist with lease applications and verifications.
• Research competitive properties and suggest marketing ideas.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents through events and communications.
• Organize resident functions and address resident concerns.
• Ensure offices and community areas are clean and assist with move-in processes.
• Coordinate move-in orientations and provide hospitality.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, service teams, and management.
• Promote amenities and services and manage resident inquiries.
• Complete lease and renewal paperwork and maintain activity records.
• Adhere to fair housing laws and company policies.
• Participate in training and uphold company standards.

Saturday through Wednesday from 9am to 6pm

Target Pay

$22.59 per hour + leasing commission

Role Overview

As a Leasing & Experience Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for current and prospective residents. You will work as a member of the on-site property management team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring residents are satisfied with their decision to live in a Prime Residential community.

• Complete lease and renewal paperwork efficiently.Update and maintain activity reports and resident records.
• Adhere to fair housing laws and company policies.
• Participate in training and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or sales preferred
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts
• Strong customer service experience
