Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Chestnut Flats at 2120 Chestnut Street, Chattanooga, TN. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and provide outstanding customer service to build a welcoming community.

You will coordinate with maintenance and management, process applications and background checks, explain terms, and maintain accurate records. A high school diploma is required; real estate or property management credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Real estate or property management certification is a plus.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities.
• Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures to prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property availability and pricing.
• Follow up with prospective residents to answer questions and encourage lease signing.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure timely move-ins and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents.
