Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Chestnut Flats at 2120 Chestnut Street, Chattanooga, TN. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and provide outstanding customer service to build a welcoming community.

You will coordinate with maintenance and management, process applications and background checks, explain terms, and maintain accurate records. A high school diploma is required; real estate or property management credentials are a plus.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at our property located at 2120 Chestnut Street, Chattanooga, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall management of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities.
• Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures to prospective residents.

• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or property management is a plus.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
