Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and finalize lease documents.
• Showcase community features to match customer needs.
• Support renewal and occupancy goals with proactive follow-up.
• Develop marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic.
• Assist in maintaining resident relations and timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents and resident files with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to plan resident events.
• Assist in other projects and activities as needed.
