Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and guiding prospective residents through leasing process.
• Conduct tours, manage guest cards, and follow up with leads.
• Assist in marketing efforts and on/off-campus events, including social media.
• Support email/text campaigns and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain detailed logs, enforce policies, and uphold Fair Housing rules.
