Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Client Services Manager to balance leasing apartments, retain residents, market the community, and manage administrative and financial tasks for the property.

You will absorb all aspects of property management and step in as the community lead in the absence of the Property Manager. We value proactive, organized professionals who advocate for their team and strive to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; college education preferred.
• At least one year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant, or Assistant Community Manager.
• Knowledge of OneSite required.

Responsibilities

• Balance leasing apartments, managing resident retention, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for your community.
• Absorb knowledge of all aspects of property management and serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Be a role model for peers, advocate for your team, and help exceed expectations with proactive, organized teamwork.
