Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a proactive Resident Relations Manager for Apela House in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, handling inquiries, payments, and lease-related questions while supporting the leasing team.

You will drive customer satisfaction through strategic communication, problem solving, and relationship-building, enabling a smooth home-finding process and ongoing resident engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily housing or property management is required.
• Familiarity with OneSite or similar property management platforms is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front liner for Resident experience and support.
• Handle resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, and related tasks with professional communication.
• Oversee leasing team and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver a positive and genuine home-search experience.
