Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking an Assistant Manager/Client Services Manager for Apela House in Jacksonville, FL. You will be the front liner for resident experience, handling inquiries, payments, and lease questions with a professional, consultative approach.

You will oversee the leasing team, support operations, and use your strong communication skills to deliver a best-in-class resident experience while contributing to community growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Multifamily experience required.
• OneSite experience/knowledge preferred.
• Customer-focused attitude and great interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of technology products including OneSite.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and desire to succeed.
• Working knowledge of Social Media.
• Microsoft Office product suite: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook.
