Job summary

RPM Management LLC in New Jersey seeks a Lease-Up Coordinator for a temporary nine-month assignment at a property. You will be the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, processing Rent Café applications, and coordinating maintenance work orders with property teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (college degree preferred), strong sales and customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and familiarity with Yardi or similar operating

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage calls, emails, and messages.
• Help residents/applicants with Rent Café tasks, leasing apps, and work orders.
• Follow up with residents after work orders are completed.
• Build inquiry lists for lease-ups prior to lease commencement.
• Support Property Managers with general management and vendor coordination.
• Maintain orderly files; purge expired/declined applications in line with policy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional conduct daily.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times.
• Collaborate with RPM Development Group departments.
• Work beyond duties to advance company goals.
