A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support leasing and renewal strategies in Northern Virginia, ensuring occupancy and resident retention.

This role performs leasing administrative tasks in line with standard operating policies and is a direct hire position with an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour. Responsibilities include coordinating applications, managing expirations and renewals, generating leases, conducting audits, data entry, and preparing weekly

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven success in multi-family leasing.
• Must meet fair housing requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Yardi suite, and related systems.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate new application files with leasing consultants.
• Manage lease expirations and renewals per audit standards.
• Prepare new move-in and renewal leases.
• Conduct regular file audits for compliance.
• Perform lease-related data entry and maintain lease files.
• Distribute notices and communications from Property Manager.
• Support leasing activity with inquiries and tours.
