Job summary

Mark-Taylor Residential Inc is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Vistara at SanTan Village in Gilbert, AZ. You will be the face of the community, greeting prospective and current residents and delivering an exceptional experience at every step.

You will conduct tours, guide applicants through the full rental process, and ensure smooth operations—from showing units to collecting payments and maintaining availability and pricing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide high level of customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Goal oriented and proactive.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• MS Office proficiency and basic English comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor and greet prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional experiences.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale by guiding applicants through the full process and following up on status.
• Create positive experiences through email, phone, and in-person communication.
• Maintain resident files, process rental payments, and actively manage availability and pricing.
• Maintain Mark-Taylor’s high brand standards in curb appeal, resident experience, and culture.
