Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Villa Vita in Peoria, AZ to deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.

You will conduct detailed tours, guide applicants through the full application process, and maintain resident files while actively managing apartment availability and pricing.

We offer a base pay of $19.00 per hour, eligible bonuses based on performance, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide high level of customer care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale and guide through the full application process.
• Communicate via email, phone, and in person.
• Maintain resident files and manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Uphold Mark-Taylor brand standards, curb appeal, and resident experience.
