Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Comfort resolving conflicts and delivering high level of customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents and provide exceptional experiences.
• Conduct detailed tours for prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through the complete application process and follow up on status.
• Maintain resident files and manage payments and apartment availability.
