American Campus Communities seeks a Resident Experience Manager at 2nd Avenue Centre in Gainesville, FL. You will lead the property team, oversee leasing, marketing, and administrative operations, and recruit, hire, and train staff to deliver outstanding resident experiences.

You will manage finances with the Service Manager, coordinate with university partners, and represent ACC at resident functions and events. This is a senior-level property role focused on exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership roles within student or multi-family housing or similar

Responsibilities

• Supervise office team and community assistants to deliver a best-in-class resident experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports to achieve leasing and marketing goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with HR on compensation adjustments for direct reports.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and administrative operations to standards and act as lease executor when needed.
• Lead marketing efforts and ensure events, programs, and website visuals meet brand standards.
• Collect resident feedback and create action plans for improvement.
• Manage administrative needs including scheduling, payroll, deposits, invoices, and contracts.
