Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• College degree preferred; CAM/ARM credentials valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the apartment community.
• Implement company policies and procedures for compliant operations.
• Maintain accurate records (rent rolls, reports, schedules) and prepare budgets.
