Job summary

Devonshire by Erickson Senior Living in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, seeks a Front Desk Specialist to warmly greet residents, family members and guests, and direct inquiries as the first point of contact in a community setting. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Requires receptionist experience, being at least 18, excellent verbal skills, and the ability to multitask; benefits include competitive pay ($16/hour), medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, and education

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed.
• Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents in situations (transportation, etc.).
• Manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment.
• Maintain census information and lists of residents away/returning.
• Log all resident packages and notify residents of pickups; distribute mail daily.
