Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Coordinator to plan and execute programs that enhance resident life. You will partner with residents to create monthly calendars and coordinate special events within the community.

You will collaborate with the community leadership team to deliver meaningful engagement activities, including holiday and family events, and may involve driving a community vehicle to reach residents. Previous coordination and planning experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or related field preferred. Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a monthly calendar in partnership with residents.
• Plans and coordinates special events at the community.
• Collaborates with leadership to execute events, including holidays and family activities.
• May involve driving a community vehicle to engage residents.
