Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Creative Lifestyle Director for Walnut Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care in Texas. You will plan and lead resident activities to energize and engage seniors, tailor programs to individual needs, and work with a team to deliver meaningful experiences.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a year of relevant experience, and a commitment to residents-first care within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in the senior housing industry or event planning.
• Degree or certification in gerontological studies, recreation, or related program.
• Strong organization and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL where required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities according to needs of residents.
• Maintain monthly activities calendar and assist Marketing Director with community newsletter.
• Coordinate resident transportation for activities, shopping, and doctor trips.
• Coordinate and attend Community Resident Council meetings.
• Supervise and operate the community’s store and coordinate volunteers.
• Respond to resident problems, complaints, and ideas regarding activities.
• Support new move-ins and perform orientation as needed.
