Job summary

Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes in Bradenton, FL is seeking Resident Experience Coordinators to create vibrant, meaningful experiences for our residents. This role focuses on planning activities, coordinating outings, and supporting daily life in a warm, engaging environment.

You will collaborate with leadership to tailor programs, coordinate transportation, and help organize quarterly showcases while stepping in to assist in dining and promoting a positive community culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Self-starter who works independently and thrives in a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Resident Experience to craft personalized activity plans for each resident.
• Organize and promote a wide range of activities, including outings and in-house events.
• Coordinate transportation for outings and medical appointments to ensure access to experiences.
• Lead quarterly events that showcase the community to residents and families.
• Step in in the dining room to ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents.
• Foster a team-oriented environment where collaboration and positivity flourish.
