Job summary

Elegance is seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator for our Lake Worth, FL community. You will assess resident interests at move-in, develop an engaging activity calendar, and lead daily events aligned with residents' intellectual, physical, spiritual, and social needs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating outings and transportation, promoting participation, and supporting marketing efforts. You will work with management to ensure safety and provide outstanding resident

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and within 7 days for new residents.
• Coordinate and carry out resident activities daily within budget, creating a monthly calendar.
• Organize events that promote resident participation and assist with marketing of activities.
• Provide transportation for activities and outings, including medical trips.
• Ensure safety and compliance with safety standards; manage injuries and communications.
• Foster teamwork, take initiative, and support others beyond job scope.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or needed.
