Distinctive Living is looking for a Full-time Resident Experience Coordinator at our Inspired Living Community at Lakewood Ranch, Florida. This role is central to coordinating resident activities, creating event calendars, and assessing resident interests.

The ideal candidate will foster teamwork and have proven management experience, with candidates holding a degree in social services or related fields preferred. The position offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or a field related to the position.
• Proven management experience and ability to manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all internal and external resident activities to meet needs.
• Develop a monthly calendar of events that stimulate residents.
• Work with the Community Relations Director to plan marketing events.
