Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a nurturing team member to assist the Resident Program Director in planning, coordinating, and leading engaging activities for residents in the community. You will support transportation needs and help create enriching recreational and educational experiences.

You will be part of a team focused on HEART—Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork—as you bring creativity and enthusiasm to daily activities while ensuring clear directions and patient instruction

Qualifications

• No programming experience is necessary.
• Clear and effective English communication is required.
• Active, valid driver’s license required.
• Enthusiastic about fun activities and getting others to participate.
• Extremely patient, helpful and flexible when explaining directions and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.
