Sagora is seeking a Concierge for Lynridge of Huntsville to welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, and support front desk operations. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and reliable multitasking across desk duties and security checks.

The position is part-time with weekend coverage; the ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience, plus strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area and communications to project a professional image.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around the community as necessary for security procedures.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
