Responsibilities

• Serve as Receptionist for the Community and operate the telephone system.
• Greet visitors, family members, vendors, and team members; assist Executive Director and BOM.
• Maintain personnel records and daily resident census.
• Receive and sort mail; assist in ordering supplies.
• Answer phones and keep logs as directed; maintain confidentiality.
• Assist BOM with billing and privacy of resident information.
• Provide engaging activities on Sat/Sun under Life Enrichment Director.
