Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to engage residents and homeshare guests, both on-site and in-property. The role emphasizes exceptional hospitality, problem solving, and proactive service to ensure a memorable stay and seamless experience.

The position is on-site, requiring a can-do attitude, ownership of responsibilities, and strong communication with residents, guests, and management. Previous hospitality or multifamily experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum one year of hospitality or customer-service experience.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to create a welcoming experience.
• Serve as the first point of contact and address inquiries promptly.
• Handle requests with professionalism, discretion, and urgency.
• Greet residents by name and provide hospitality aligned with brand values.
