Job summary

Tailwind Group is hiring a Resident Experience Specialist for The Quarters Huntsville. This full-time, in-office role focuses on delivering an excellent resident experience, building community, and supporting the leasing team.

Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:00pm with occasional evenings/weekends as needed. The position offers a compensation range of $19.22–$23.08 per hour plus bonus potential, reflecting market data and location factors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business or related field preferred.
• 1+ years in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Prior experience in student housing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members; prioritizing others and fighting for their highest possible good.
• Oversee renewal campaigns during leasing season, in partnership with Leasing & Marketing Manager.
• Maintain property reputation by actively managing online reviews and responding to feedback.
• Use resident feedback and data to improve resident experience.
• Assist with leasing and occupancy by handling inquiries, tours, applications, fees, and move-in procedures.
• Coordinate paperwork for re-lets and onboarding of new residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
