The ideal candidate has 2+ years in concierge or related roles, strong English communication, and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of concierge, hospitality, or related service experience.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and property management systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns with high-quality service.
• Coordinate concierge services, reservations, and provide community information.
• Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and resources.
• Monitor access points and support safety procedures.
• Maintain records of interactions, requests, packages, and deliveries.
