Job summary

Cardinal is seeking a Resident Services Manager in Knoxville, TN to deliver exceptional customer service and drive resident satisfaction and retention. You will support the Community Manager, coordinate lease processes, assist with events, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a clean and safe living environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience in an environment with extensive resident and community relations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude with residents, clients, and the public.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route or respond appropriately.
• Serve as liaison for the Community Manager with residents, guarantors, and vendors.
• Ensure tenants are provided a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
• Work with residents to foster positive tenant and community relations.
• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property, and close the lease when appropriate.
• Oversee renewal campaigns and maintain renewal progress reports.
• Assist Leasing and Marketing Team Lead in planning and executing resident events.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily/weekly/monthly activity reports.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal and assist residents through the concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
