The role acts as the liaison between the leasing office, maintenance team, and residents to ensure smooth daily operations and strong resident engagement. You will manage resident feedback, coordinate service requests, handle lease renewals, renters insurance compliance, move-ins/move-outs, and help plan community events and manage the clubhouse and amenities to maintain a welcoming

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
