Qualifications

• 5–7 years in community engagement, hospitality, or related field.
• 5–7 years supervising employees.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop others.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create experiences that build community through events, programs, clubs, and resident activities.
• Build relationships with residents, partners, vendors, nonprofits, and local stakeholders.
• Lead the resident experience, including welcome orientations, tours, and getting involved.
• Own the annual programming plans and manage event budgets and logistics.
