Job summary

Related Management Company (RMC) is seeking a hands-on Resident Manager to lead daily operations at The Lyric, supervise maintenance staff, and uphold premium living standards for residents. You will ensure exceptional service, manage budgets, and maintain asset quality.

The role focuses on coordinating maintenance, turnover readiness, and tenant relations to create a welcoming, well-run community that aligns with Related’s standards and local union benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience in the property management industry.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Facilities/Operations experience with strong working knowledge of building systems.
• Proficiently skilled in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and basic construction.
• Experience managing a Tenant Amenity Space.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day building operations and supervise an established maintenance team.
• Ensure property meets highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain the physical assets and monitor budgets/financial performance.
• Cultivate positive tenant-landlord relationships and welcoming community.
• Oversee guest authorization protocols and building access processes.
• Coordinate with external maintenance services and manage third-party contracts.
