EMBREY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support a high-performing Property Management team in New Braunfels, TX. You will help retain residents and enhance their experience through effective conflict resolution and attentive service.

Responsibilities include posting rent daily, auditing files, processing reports, inspecting move-ins/outs, and generating leases, with a competitive hourly pay structure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre-close and month-end reports.
• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
