Job summary

EMBREY is seeking an Assistant Manager for Mission Hill in New Braunfels, TX. You will support resident retention and enhance the resident experience using effective conflict resolution and strong communication skills.

You will manage rent posting, lease files, move-in/out inspections, and prepare renewal contracts, while adhering to budgeting and reporting cycles. This role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre-close and month-end reports.
• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
