Job summary

EMBREY is seeking an Assistant Manager for Mission Hill in New Braunfels, TX. You will support resident retention and enhance the resident experience through effective conflict resolution and proactive leasing actions.

Responsibilities include rent posting, file audits, lease generation, and move-in/move-out inspections. Prior leasing and sales/service experience are preferred; Yardi and MS Office skills are advantageous. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales/service industry experience.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and MS Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre-close and month-end reports.
• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
