Job summary

Avardis Health is seeking a Customer Experience & Admissions Coordinator to enhance resident and family satisfaction, admissions readiness, and reputation management. You will support orientation, document processing, and seamless transitions into the facility with a service-first mindset.

You will act as the facility Google Champion, monitor online trends, and drive service improvements while ensuring HIPAA compliance and adherence to Avardis Health standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare, customer service, admissions, business development, social services, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Champion a positive resident, family, visitor, and referral source experience.
• Support admissions by welcoming new residents and families and assisting with orientation.
• Coordinate room readiness for admissions with multiple facility teams.
• Serve as the facility Google Champion and monitor online reputation trends.
• Complete post-discharge follow-up within 72 hours and document outcomes.
• Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction trends; suggest improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance while supporting performance initiatives.
