Job summary

Distinctive Living at Mira Vie Brookfield is seeking a part-time Resident Experience Coordinator for weekends from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional weeknights. The role focuses on delivering engaging resident activities, coordinating outings, and promoting a vibrant community life.

You will work under the Director, Resident Experience, ensuring safety and excellent service while collaborating with the Lifestyle and Leisure team to plan events and outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or strongly preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Director, Resident Experience, completes the Personal Well-Being Profile and meets with all new residents within 7 days of move-in to determine activities desired.
• Follows schedule with minimal changes; arranges entertainment within budget and promotes activities to boost participation.
• Organizes quarterly events for marketing purposes with the Lifestyle and Leisure team, including planning, advertising, setup and cleanup.
• Schedules resident outings including site-seeing trips and medical visits; coordinates transportation with the community.
• Ensures safety and compliance; assists with injury communications and return-to-work procedures as required.
• Fosters teamwork, shows initiative, and performs other duties as assigned.
