Job summary

Olympus Property in Austin, TX is seeking a Resident Event Coordinator to elevate the resident experience. You will plan and execute events, manage guest suites, handle lease renewals, and provide concierge services to residents and guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, multifamily, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role
  • At least two years of experience in multi-family housing or hospitality preferred
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a professional appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to eight hours) and work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Independently plan and execute resident events for a large apartment community

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, prospective residents, and visitors
  • Address resident questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Connect residents with appropriate resources and community services
  • Provide personalized concierge-style assistance, such as coordinating transportation and restaurant reservations
  • Collaborate with the Resident Services Manager to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement
  • Manage guest suite reservations and coordinate accommodations for visitors
  • Oversee the full lease renewal process and prepare renewal status reports
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all interactions
  • Proactively engage residents throughout lease terms and renewal efforts
  • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality

The Resident Event Coordinator supports an exceptional resident experience by overseeing a variety of service-focused responsibilities, including resident satisfaction initiatives, package management, guest suite coordination, and lease renewals.

  • Collaborate with the Resident Services Manager to develop ideas that enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.

  • Oversee the full lease renewal process and prepare monthly renewal status reports for the Resident Services Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all interactions.
  • Proactively engage with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate renewal efforts for each expiring lease.
  • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
