Qualifications

• California Professional Engineer (Civil) License.
• 10 years of relevant experience with Caltrans Highway Construction / Improvements projects.
• Experience developing and managing construction engineering and inspection programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties with a team of Construction Engineers and Inspectors.
• Interpret and enforce Contract requirements to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Caltrans Inspectors to prioritize testing and inspection.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office

Ability to adapt to various work conditions

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
