Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, and experience with Primavera P6 is preferred. The position offers a salary range of $200,000–$250,000 and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a driver’s license to fulfill the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Owner Agent to provide construction management and inspection services.
• Oversees multiple projects simultaneously.
• Conducts and documents project meetings with clients and contractor.
• Manages construction field personnel.
• Negotiates and approves construction change orders.
• Prepares project schedules and budgets.

Skills

Proficiency with MS Office

Good oral and written communication skills

Experience with Primavera P6

10‑hour OSHA Safety course

Education

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management

California Professional Engineer (PE)

CCM certification
